| Private Use | Free of licence charges, without a Seat-count threshold. |
| Free Business Threshold | Five (5) Seats. Free Business Use requires this number of Seats or fewer across the Group. |
| Business Use above the threshold | Requires paid entitlements covering all Seats used for Business Use, unless an Order expressly provides otherwise. |
| Seat measurement | One Seat means one individual’s DreamCoder account, as defined in clause 2 of the EULA. |
| Instances per Seat | Five (5). |
| Free licence duration | Continues while eligible, subject to the EULA’s suspension, withdrawal and termination provisions. |
| Paid licence duration and charges | As stated in the applicable Order. |
| Support and updates | Not included unless expressly stated in an Order or required by applicable law. |
| Supported environment and material dependencies | Microsoft Windows, MacOS and Linux. |
| Activation and licence verification | Licence verification is automatic and issued on account creation and renewed periodically via the internet. |
| Post-expiry access and export | All DreamCoder functionality except AI communication. All user data is stored locally in a database. |
